Therefore its availability should be blessed and looked after for its sustainability. Includes in such blessing and look after is its utilization through the best practice and its conservation for sustainability. One of such practice is to harvest it through rainwater collection system (RCS) and make use of it for the longest possible time. The RCS is also less utilised due to the inefficiency and the irrelevant use pattern. In general people want to have additional new RCSs. But their social solidarity for itws maintenance is still to be improved. Laboratiry test shows that RCS water is properly drinkable. Rainwater harvesting needs further technological development. Besides, it needs also advocacy with strong argumants to convince its application, moreover in a larger scale as national movement. Commitment is necessary to implement rainwater harvesting in a nationa development perspectives, towards mass movement of the entire stakeholders, to apply wide scale concervation practice based on local capacity, through the formation of a strong network, and supported by state of art technological advancement, to perform an efficient, equitable dan sustainable water resources management.
