Eldis Manuals and Toolkits Disc (Eldis on Disc)

This disc contains some of the best manuals, toolkits and handbooks featured on Eldis (www.eldis.org) between 1994 to 2008 including:
• Eldis selection of 400+ full text publications from 150 development organisations
• Abstracts by Eldis for each publication, which makes them easy to read
• A Search tool to help you find the publication you need
• Free Adobe Acrobat reader software to help access these publications, if you do not already have this software on your computer
• Manuals and toolkits focusing on developing skills such as: advocacy and media, businessmanagement, communication, fundraising, influencing policy, managing NGOs, monitoring and evaluation, research methods, training and facilitation
• Manuals and toolkits with a subject focus such as: agriculture, aid, children and young people, community-based approaches, conflict, corporate responsibility, education, emergencies and disasters, environment, finance, food security, gender, governance, helath, HIV/AIDS, ICT, participation, poverty, rural development, trade.
